At 15minuteplan.ai, we strive to provide high-quality business plans tailored to the unique needs of each customer. However, we understand that there may be instances where our service may not fully meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a structured refund policy as outlined below:

1. Refund Request Submission: If you wish to proceed with a refund request, you are required to submit a detailed document outlining specific areas of the business plan that were unsatisfactory.
2. Documentation Requirements: The submission should be in the form of a Word document, clearly highlighting a minimum of 10 sections of the plan that did not meet your expectations. Each identified area should include comments explaining why it was unsatisfactory or how it was irrelevant to your industry.

4. Evaluation Criteria: The identified unsatisfactory parts of the plan must be valid and substantiated with clear reasons or explanations. Our team will review these comments to understand the areas of concern.
5. Partial Refund Eligibility: If at least 5 valid areas of concern are identified and substantiated in your document, you may be eligible for a half refund of the total amount paid.
6. Full Refund Conditions: Full refunds are subject to a more thorough review and will be considered only if the provided reasons comprehensively demonstrate that the business plan is significantly misaligned with your specified requirements.
7. Refund Processing: Upon approval of your refund request, the refund process will be initiated. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.
8. Feedback and Improvement: We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Please feel free to provide additional comments or suggestions along with your refund request.

Launch Kit Add-Ons and Domain Names

The refund process above applies to business plans. If you buy a Launch Kit add-on that includes a domain name, the domain name is not refundable: once we have registered a domain name for you, we cannot get the registration fee back from the registrar, so we cannot refund that fee to you. The same applies to domain renewals.

If you buy a Launch Kit add-on with a website, the domain name and its hosting are provided for a term of 12 months. We register the domain name in our own name, so you do not legally own it unless and until you ask us for a transfer-out and the transfer is completed. You can ask us for a free transfer-out at any time (a new domain name usually cannot be moved during its first 60 days), and before the term ends you can renew the domain name and hosting for a fee. If you do neither, the domain name and the website expire after our last reminder. Our Terms of Service (15minuteplan.ai/terms) set out these points in full.
